Break my Fall

I am finally updating...I'm the best right!?

First week back at school....seemed rather pointless because we didn't actually do all that much work....got results back though and I came first in Food Tech :) 98%. I'm pretty happy with that. Oh and I had French specking and listening tests yesterday, I went well in the speaking but not too sure about the listening. I'll have to wait until I get my results back. Made a HUGE mistake on my French half yearly...did a whole question wrong but i still got 1.7/10. yeah i know 1.7, my French teacher is weird lol. Went back to guitar this week, and I started this new advanced class at dancing. Hopefully it'll be good. I chose volleyball again for sport as well. Next week on Wednesday, I have my half yearly practical for Food Tech and we're making Chocolate Soufflé's...mmmm hopefully with my French and Food Tech electives I can combine my knowledge and make a good one haha.

It's my dad's birthday on Friday! I'm gonna play him happy birthday on guitar lol, haven't figured out what present to buy him.
Oh yeah and Gilmore Girls season five is playing on ARENA at the moment five days a week. I'm stoked because this is the series I was up to two years ago when channel nine decided to cancel it on me!!! I'm watching Big Brother again this year...I know it's dumb and it is a complete waste of time BUT I like it lol and Friday Night Live is hilarious to watch. I had to explain everything to Mum and now she watches every night too hehe....I got her addicted! My dad on the other hand kept asking me why every time he walked into the house Big Brother was still playing on TV,lol.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen the Fugly Awards and here again and this year you can vote for Veronica Mars as the "Show that was messed around the most by a television network in the last 12 months" and don't we all know that is true!! Poor Veronica Mars got a bad rap from channel ten and now it's cancelled all together so vote for it people!!! Also vote for Adam Hills and Spicks and Specks :). Adam Hills is gonna be on Rove this week yay! I'll watch.

Supermassive Blackhole

Today I had my first half yearly. It was english. I actually reckon i did okay but i don't wanna say anything until i get my marks back in case i jinx myself. lol. At the end of the multiple choice I had this sudden urge to burst out laughing when I read one of the multiple choice answers "what was the overall mood of this poem" and it had hope, joy, regret and DOOM. I just found the mood of the poem being doom hilarious and when I told mia afterwards the funny thing was she said the exact same thing! lol.

On the weekend my sister had her queen scout. It was at Government house and she got it presented by Marie Bashir (I hope that's how you spell her name). It was so hot because we sat out in the garden and I got sunburnt. Afterwards we went around to the side of government house and had morning tea with the governor. the gardens were so beautiful and you could see the harbour bridge and the opera house from where we were. Afterwards we went for a tour into government house and then walked down to circular quay for lunch. Sat in the sun some more and just socialised with Alison's friends. Then Naomi called and said she was coming over. So we drove home to the four terrors and Naomi. In the morning ma and Alison took the kids to the park and then we came back and the girls played with the cat for a while.

Of course this weekend I was meant to study for my exams but I didn't do much at all. I should also be studying now. Oh well. Here are some picture from the weekend.
